PRIVATE SESSIONS

A private session allows for a more intimate view into YOUR needs in the context of yoga, whether you’re a beginner to yoga, interested  in deepening your current practice or you have an injury or specific goal or concern that needs special attention. We each show up to our yoga practice with unique bodies, experiences and needs.

I bring a holistic and integrated approach to my teaching and meet my students where they are in their yoga practice and in their health journey using the movement of the body and the flow and function of the breath to strengthen, heal and integrate body, mind and energy.

My yoga training is in the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa method, with emphasis in the last few years in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya and the Viniyoga tradition of functional yoga therapy. I have additional training in yoga for cancer, for seniors, yoga nidra,  yin yoga, and prenatal/postpartum.
